We want each homeowner who reaches Voyeurava Windows & Siding to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, prices, work, warranties and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed. Keep in mind that Voyeurava Windows & Siding cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, handle warranty claims or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@voyeurava.living and include:

• Your name and how to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you know it
• A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Afterward, we will send you our findings and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

You can reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For contractor issues, a state or local contractor licensing board may also be able to help.
